On a fresh October day, Mrs.Linares was stuck in the MPR supervising students in detention. She seemed calm even though I knew she didn’t want to be there. What counselor wouldn’t want to be having some time alone while eating his/her lunch, but Mrs Linares is different, she’s a dedicated counselor and is willing to do anything for this school. This is one of the many reasons I decided to interview her. Read More
DisneyLand and Disney’s California Adventure are the two happiest places on Earth because of the happy faces it brings guests , which operates many fun rides and attractions.Walt Disney was the founder of DisneyLand when it opened on July 17, 1955. To this day, cast members and employees at DisneyLand continuously consider new ideas following Disney’s proposition. Since California Adventure first opened up, various changes have been made since 2010. Read More

It is a chilly Monday morning, November 6, 2017. As advisory commences, I ready myself for my interview with one of Vaughn International Studies Academy’s English teacher’s, Ms. Cueva, I review all the questions I am going to ask and I prepare myself. Curiously, I head to Ms. Cueva’s classroom to conduct the interview. As I walk in, I notice that the classroom is nice, calm, and inviting. Ms. Cueva welcomes me with an open mind ready to answer all the questions that I am about to ask. One thing that stood out to me is that her desk was filled with many decorations related to her favorite teaching topic, English.
